Q1. What’s the difference between a free account on SKOOL and a member portal?
A1. We use Skool to bring together both members and non-members, allowing everyone to connect and engage.
A2. The member portal, available exclusively to paid members, offers extra features such as scheduling conference rooms, accessing various locations, booking gym sessions, viewing a vendor list, receiving updates, and more.
Q2. How can I access my member portal?
A1. On the bottom navigation, look for the blue verified checkmark icon. Tap it to access the login screen. Use the email and password you set up during account creation to sign in.
Q3. How do I update my card information?
A1. Click “Member” on bottom navigation bar, Log in and you'll see on the 4th tab 💳Update Card.
Q4. Can I cancel my membership on the member portal?
A1. You can’t cancel your membership through the portal; you’ll need to cancel in person by returning your key fob. If the key fob isn’t returned, there will be an additional $20 fee.
Q5. Are your events only for members?
A1. No, we have tons of events for the public.
Q6. Do you guys have phone number that we can call?
A1. No, we don’t. The only way to reach us is through our contact form. Our team will respond by email within 24 hours—typically within 1 hour. If you include your phone number, we may give you a call depending on the nature of your inquiry.
